Susteco, a Bosch subsidiary based in Berlin, has launched the next generation of its data-driven platform, Susteco RealHub. This version sets a new standard for the digital transformation of the real estate industry by providing a comprehensive data infrastructure for entire property portfolios – regardless of the facilities, age or level of digitalisation of the buildings. Unlike other PropTech start-ups that tend to focus on specific use cases, Susteco takes a holistic approach.

Susteco addresses a fundamental challenge in the industry, namely the distinct lack of standardised digital building data:
Many PropTech applications fail because the required data is either not available or can only be obtained by the customer with great effort. Susteco tackles this problem by fully integrating all relevant building data into the platform, enabling decision makers to quickly identify shortcomings in their portfolios, whether in financial KPIs, operational performance or ESG analyses.

The key to efficient data use:
Susteco leverages its expertise and own network to enable the seamless integration of digital consumption data into the platform, even in older buildings without modern building control systems. The live monitoring of incoming data streams across the entire portfolio lays the foundation for comprehensive benchmarking, ESG management, the optimisation of all buildings and the provision of essential data for AI tools to unlock their full potential. This can be done remotely or on site as required. Connected applications like ESG platforms also benefit by continuously receiving up-to-date live data.
